Terms of service
Welcome to QureSkin. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at tryqureskin.fit (the “Site”) and the products we sell through it. By using the Site or placing an order with us, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Who We Are
The Site and the QureSkin brand are operated by AIMEN SOLTANI LLC, a single-member Limited Liability Company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America (NM Secretary of State Entity ID 0008075821; Federal Employer Identification Number 98-1919036), with its registered address at 2105 Vista Oeste NW, Suite E #3759, Albuquerque, NM 87120, USA. References to “QureSkin”, “we”, “us”, and “our” in these Terms refer to AIMEN SOLTANI LLC trading as QureSkin.
2. Eligibility
To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid delivery address in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you confirm that these conditions are met.
3. Your Account
You may register for an account to manage your orders and subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at qureskin@outlook.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
4. Products
QureSkin daily clean facial towels are a cosmetic product intended for external single-use cleansing of the face. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please review the product information before use and consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to your screen settings or production batches.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices on the Site are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP £) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate where relevant. Delivery is free for all UK orders.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any change to your subscription pricing will be communicated to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
6. Order Acceptance
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order by email, but this confirmation does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including (without limitation) where stock is unavailable, where pricing or product information has been displayed in error, or where we suspect fraud.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at the point of order via the methods displayed at checkout. For subscription orders, payment is taken automatically before each scheduled dispatch.
8. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Returns and Refunds
Your rights to return products and obtain refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
10. Subscriptions
If you select Subscribe & Save, the terms governing your subscription, including how to manage and cancel it, are set out in our Subscription Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to AIMEN SOLTANI LLC and is protected by United Kingdom, United States, and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of this content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- To send any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
- To upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code;
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or any other user’s account.
13. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Site is accurate and operational, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
This clause does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any loss arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of god, strikes, supply chain disruption, or carrier failure.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For consumers resident in the United Kingdom, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts). Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under your local law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Site, with the date of the most recent revision shown at the top. Material changes affecting orders already placed will not apply retroactively.
