Shipping policy

This policy explains where we ship, our delivery times, and how we handle dispatch and tracking.

Delivery Locations

QureSkin currently ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses, but we plan to expand soon.

Delivery Cost

Free UK delivery on every order, regardless of order value, for both one-time purchases and subscription orders. There are no minimum spend thresholds and no hidden surcharges.

Processing Time

All orders placed before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within 3 business days.

Subscription Deliveries

If you have a Subscribe & Save subscription, your subsequent orders are processed and dispatched automatically on the schedule you selected. You will receive an email reminder at least three days before each charge, and a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track the parcel. You can also track your orders from your account at tryqureskin.fit/account.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the parcel, our carrier will leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or local pick-up. Parcels not collected within 14 days are returned to us. We will contact you to arrange one free redelivery to the corrected address, or to issue a refund where appropriate.

Lost or Late Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at qureskin@outlook.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund as soon as the investigation concludes.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery to the corrected address. Additional postage costs may apply.

Carriers

We dispatch orders via Royal Mail, Evri, and other trusted UK couriers, depending on the destination and the order. Tracking is provided for every shipment via our partner ParcelWILL.
