Refund policy
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That is why every QureSkin order is covered by our 60-day risk-free trial, far beyond your statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK law.
Our 60-Day Risk-Free Trial
If you are not satisfied with your QureSkin product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of delivery. You do not need to send back an empty box: we trust you. The trial applies to:
- Your first one-time purchase
- Your first subscription delivery
Subsequent subscription deliveries are not eligible for our extended trial but remain protected by your statutory rights and the standard returns process described below.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please email us at qureskin@outlook.com with the subject line Cancellation, your order number, and your name.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at qureskin@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for return (optional but appreciated).
- We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
- Drop off the package at any UK Post Office or carrier partner location.
- Once we receive the return (or, for our 60-day trial, once we confirm your eligibility), we will process your refund.
Return Costs
Returns are free of charge for the customer. We provide a prepaid return label at our cost.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us approving the return. Bank processing times may add 3 to 5 additional days depending on your card issuer.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or contains the wrong items, please contact us at qureskin@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery, including a clear photograph of the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate. We will arrange this at no cost to you.
Items We Cannot Accept
For hygiene reasons, opened or partially used boxes of facial towels are non-returnable, except under our 60-day risk-free trial (where we accept opened boxes), or where the product is faulty or not as described.
