Cancellation policy
This policy explains how our Subscribe & Save subscriptions work, and how to manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge.
How Our Subscriptions Work
When you select Subscribe & Save at checkout, you agree to receive recurring monthly deliveries of your chosen product. Your card or chosen payment method is charged automatically before each shipment, at the discounted rate locked in at the time of your first order.
You will receive a reminder email at least three days before each scheduled charge, giving you the opportunity to skip, change, or cancel that delivery before payment is taken.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage every aspect of your subscription from your account portal at tryqureskin.fit/account:
- Skip a delivery
- Change the next delivery date
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Pause your subscription temporarily
- Cancel your subscription completely
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. To cancel:
- Log into your account at tryqureskin.fit/account and click Cancel subscription; or
- Email us at qureskin@outlook.com with the subject line Cancel subscription, including the email address linked to your subscription. We will action the cancellation within one business day.
Once your subscription is cancelled, no further charges will be taken, and no further shipments will be sent.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
If you cancel after your next subscription order has already been processed (payment taken or order shipped), the order will still be delivered to you. You may return it under our standard Refund Policy, including our 60-day risk-free trial.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or the protections introduced by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
